Money taken out of my bank account with no permission.. This needs to be sorted out urgently
It is affecting my payments for my other bills.. I didn't sign up for regular payments just a one off cream sale not a continuous payment. I am now over drawn in the bank and are going to be charged for this too. Extra money I have to find. Please investigate this.
