I ordered a coach purse from a "coach outlet" and got the "purse" 3 days late and then it was a total fake,the zipper was broke,there was gum or some foriegn food substance on the back,the inside zipper was broken and it came all crumpled up in a smashed box with absolutely NO return address or phone#. I have called my creditcard co.,went to the post office,tried to track the order back to origin and they just dont exist apparently.I am very upset and want my $ back,I work hard for that and im (Inappropriate Content Removed)!!!!!!!!!!
