After making a purchase with Beautyclub back in Nov 2013 they proceeded to take further money from my card in December 2013 and again in January 2013. This was without me making a single order or receiving any idems in this time frame.
I have now cancelled my card, reported the matter to the fraud dept of the Metropolitan Police, contacted the company ... and now reported them here.
I want my stolen money returned.

I emailed them - cc'ing in Action Fraud. I said I appreciated it may be an oversight on their part so I would like to give them an opportunity to refund the monies.
