In November, I tried to buy minutes on their website. The minutes were not added to my phone, even though my debit card was charged. I submitted a fax from my bank detailing the charges but the minutes were never added. The same thing happened this month--when I tried to add minutes, my debit card was charged but the minutes were never added. I will not be buying minutes from them again.
