Hi All. I thought I'd add my experience. I ordered some hair conditioner from this site and got a very simple reply from them - so simple in style, alarm bells rang. I checked out the company online and saw the dreadful reviews and realised I've probably lost £60. I immediately sent them a "snotty" mail expressing my concern and that they were not to suggest I chase up the package (this is their responsibility), etc, etc, and heard nothing back. I really thought I'd been had. So, first day back to work, bang on time, the products are here. I have to be honest, I'm so surprised and am not sure why I'm lucky. Anyway, I really hope you all get your packages - I feel for you all.
