I purchased 2 UGGS – Classic Tall and Short Boots for my daughters for Christmas, which I did receive on Christmas Eve but the Tall Boots was 2 sizes too big and length was way below the knee. The Classic Short was too small, tight and height was just above the ankle. There was no return slip. The charge came through as the Fashion Life Eshop on my credit card without a phone number. I went back to website cheapbootsols.com and attempted to contact them. Live Support was always “offline” never available. I received an email back telling me that it is expensive to return and advised me to keep them or give these to a friend or relative and reorder the correct size and a discount will be given.... After reading other complaints, I realize this company is a scam.
