I was talking by telephone with whom I believed to be a Telsra employee regarding initialising of a service to our Senior citizens Club. The subject was moved to the performance of my personal computer and I was offered what I believed to be a cleaning program, Optimiser Pro which is installed and does not appear to have enhanced the performance, but I also have another charge of $838.46AUD plus $16.77 foreign currency transfer fee for an item shown as Safecart.com*qresolve. I have no idea what this represents. This charge ia a disaster for a retiree on a fixed government income.
Can you offer any help.?
