I responded to their company advertisement advertising a free trial of their product and all you had to do was pay the shipping. The company placed unauthorized charges on my debit card and would not respond to my emails or phone messages. I was unsure what to do next. A friend referred me to Business Consumer Alliance and I filed a complaint and they resolved the situation. Contact Business Consumer Alliance and they may be able to help you.
