On December 8, 2013 my wife bought two samples advertised at $4.95 each so she could compare results with my daughter. One package arrived from Santa Ana Ca. under the name "Skin HD", the other package came from Rejuvalskin in Lutz Florida. On January, 23, and 24th, respectively received a debit charge for $89.73 from "Skincare Pro" in Texas and $194.56 from Rejuvalskin in Florida.
The Texas phone number never answered, but they had the same automated voicemail software as the Florida address that I contacted with. The rip-off operator informed me that by clicking "agree to terms" my wife had entered into a legal binding contract, and he "graciously" offered a $100 refund, and it was obvious he tried goading me into vocally approving. Knowing that I was going to request a chargeback by my financial institution, I asked the question "Is getting ripped off for $200, instead of $300 less ethical for you to do?" The snotty response was..."It is your money!"
It is obvious that the business model isn't about producing a quality product, and attracting a loyal customer. It is about exploiting the "I agree to terms" tab that many people click on from reputable merchants that would never use the loophole to scam others.

These people are scumbags.
