The company name and telephone number stated above charged $19.99 from my account 100% UNAUTHORIZED! This was basically my last $20.00 to get me to friday and I am unable to get ahold of anyone and I am not sure how I am going to get my money back. I VERY RARELY put my debit card information online. I have absolutely no clue how they got my information.

You apparently at sometime used the website, got your 3 agency credit report but forgot that you signed up under a trial account that would eventually start auto payments for the monthly service. I did the same thing. And their service, like many, does not allow for a refund, just call the 800# listed in the charge info and ask them to cancel your subscription. Too CANCEL they will give you this number if you call the one on the bank statement -- 800-316-8750
