I running my own restaurant biz for years. It was the American guy who physically came to my store several times a day and promised free terminal and no extra charge besides the processing fees.

And I'm actually shocked with the fact after sgined up the account, spending several months with them. The agent told me that cancellation going to be easy and free. However now, they charge for $1690.00. Plus I have to pay extra $299.00 for just useing the terminal.(that 299 was excluded from my monthly merchant services fee!)--I incrementally realize all those fraud~!

I called the toll free (which i believe is 888.835.5306 ) for cencellation--the first represntitative wasn't even able to offer the procedure for account cancellation! She said she do not know it and then I asked for the right department. She said they are in the same department?!! (what the hell, i thought i might talked to a blonde? anyway, i am not able to follow her logic) What's even worse, she was almost not able to offer the ticket no. correctly that opened by herself ! Neither does she even able to offer the contact no. for cencellation department...

I can't help but start to thinking that the (Inappropriate Content Removed) company trying to play tricks on the cancellation. They constantly telling me that somebody going to call me back since the cencellation rep was busy (maybe everybody realize their horrible sercies!)--but I insisted I can wait, and I was being transfered to the other rep, which I thought might get some improve. However, I was wrong again. Besides asking the same question, that funny accent guy didn't do anything.

Then I held the line for 20 mins, came with a nanny--sounds like in her 70s and not even able to express herself clearly. One thing she told me and I can confirm that my cancellation fee is $1690.00. And also, it has nothing to do with them for my paying $300 monthly to use the terminal.

In short words, you don't want spend money to keep the lier's being alive! And I ever expected the U.S moral on business can be lower to such a bottom line -- As long as it brings profits, they do it.
