I have a loan at this place, i fell behind on a payment back in August 2013 I made several payments to catch up. When i came in November they said i need to pay an extra 20 dollars and I'll be up to date. So i paid the extra 20 then 2 weeks later I went in to make a paymet and again they said I was late and now it's 30 dollars. I paid it. Today I came in a day before to make a payment and put extra into my principal and again they said I'm late. Now I asked to speak to a manager and I get the round a round. The system has issues, they don't know what's going on. They print a receipt that doesn't match the amount I paid and they say I need to pay again tomorrow. So I'm sitting here waiting for them to fix the issue and no one is updating me on what's happening.
