I went for the free trial with postage of $4.99 each products...charged $98.27 when I checked with credit card company on what this charge was for. I called customer service and they, after much talking and they wished tracking number for me to return!) they said they would reduce the charges to $39.95 and credit my card with $58.32. Don't know if they did but I let it go because I frankly didn't know what else to do. I may go to my bank and have them call and talk to customer service, trying to get only the postage chgs paid on my card.

- i work for a bank and have to deal with these so called free trials on a daily basis, and the 1 common denominator in all these trials is that the turns and conditions state that you have 14 days from ordering the trial to cancel it or you will automatically be enrolled in a monthly shipment, if the customer has nt cancelled with the company we cant dispute the payment for the customer. But we also find that the customers invoice does nt have a forwarding address or a contact number so a lot of the time the customer has to stand the loss. If the customer thinks the product is nt as advertised and you manage to return the goods proof of postage needs to be sent to the bank with the visa dispute form that the bank will send you but in your case you have already spoken to the company they have offered you a partial refund so the bank wont be able to help in this case
