The day I ordered the free trial of RVTL, I cancelled it. I explained my reasons of being skeptical and decided that I did not want to even try the product. The person on the phone said he would cancel the order and told me I will not be billed the shipping cost of $4.98. I was satisfied with that phone conversation.
On 1/2/2014 a box arrived with the "RVTL Anti Aging Cream" and no receipt to return it or phone number to call or any contact information to make sure that I am not being billed for an uwanted item that I cancelled, well in advance and was assured of my satisfaction.
Update: 02/02/2014
I returnded the unused & unopened box of RVTL Anti-Aging cream on 1/28/2014. I sent it
Certified Mail with signature request.

The merchandice was tracked and received on 1/30/2014 at 1:08 pm to Palmdale, CA 93550. To date, my expenses for delivery services are $12.84.
