Unfortunately one of my staff received a notice asking for updated information. The notice we received stated in large letters "THIS IS NOT A BILL" with very small print at the bottom regarding a price we have to pay if we confrimed our information. We had never used this company before. My staff member, who was not authorized to sign, updated the info and sent it back.

This company has been sending letters trying to get payment. Once I received this I have been trying to call and clear the bill up.

I received the letter from a Joanne Palmer at Yellow Pages LTD. I have left multiple messages for her to return my calls. She never returned my call until today. She called me and I was in the middle of telling her our problem with the bill and she interupted me by saying "hello are you there" then she hung up on me. I gave her a few minutes to call me back, then I called her and of course, she was not available. I asked the lady who answered for a supervisor, she stated they do not have one. I asked who is in charge I need to talk to someone with authority. She hung up on me. I called back, a gentlemen answered and basically said the same thisng..no supervisor or manager for phone calls. I told him that I wanted to speak to someone other than Joanne Palmer regarding the bill. He said he would ask another Senior Colletion Manager if they would talk to me. He put me on hold then disconnected the call.

This is a sham of a company, they are just out to get unsuspecting companies with there "THIS IS NOT A BILL" fax, then threaten collections.

If you get something from them call the Better Business Bureau immediately and report them. If we work together maybe we can close them down. Beware Everyone!!!
