I ordered 5 Pandora charms that were on special from what appeared to be a legitimate website www.pandoraireland.com on 14th December. The delivery was to be 5-7 working days but they did not arrive until 3rd if January from China. My credit card was charged by www.comfortgaoquijd.com. The charms are shameless ripoffs of phenomenally poor quality. There are no details on how to return them. The website is no longer active. I have no comeback and obviously I'm very upset about having lost that money.
