I sent my used phone to Hello Totem, in the prepaid packaging they sent me. I was quoted $175 for my phone. My quote was received by Hello Totem on 11/6/13 and they mailed me the prepaid packaging. They received my phone on 11/26/13. I have sent multiple support tickets requesting payment status. Their website indicates payment in as little as one week. I used them about 3 years ago with no problems and I had good communication and fast response time and payment time. I did receive an email in response to a support ticket on 11/26/13 that my phone was received. I have since sent 3 tickets to inquire abt status with no communication whatsoever. Two of my tickets were closed on December 30th with no communication, and one has been left open. I still haven't received payment or at least status as to when my payment is scheduled to be received.
