they call a non relative because he had same last name as my neice that i had put down as a loan reference. I filled out loan papers trying to get a loan and they just keep coming up payday loans after my info was given, then i wouldnt accept the loan, but by then they had my personnal info. Called and stated they were coming in next 2 hours to serve papers. i asked for a name and a letter, they sent email with only URG on it, no address. When i asked for the address and told them this wasnt a valid legal letter they started yelling at me and told me i wasnt a lawyer, i didnt know the law. when i told them they would never call this other person again, they denied calling him. Basically they said i owed 448.00 for a payday loan. i had 2 hours, i told them to send the papers i was waiting. After a hour he called and said i am in your town you still have time to call and pay! I said were are you at and gave him my address, lol he said he was on 7th street by the church! I laughed so hard and told him we dont have 7 streets in town, (rural community if around 200.) He hung up! I would like to know if anyone knows their address?
