Not sure whether I was called by Loantoloans.com or fraudsters pretending to represent loantoloans.com. I was called following a number of loan applications I had filled out on the internet. They immediately told me I was approved for a loan of GBP 2.000 to be paid back in 12 months (as per my own indication) at the rather favourable rate of 8.5% APR (first signs of a scam). Luckily they did not waste time asking all of my details and came directly to the core of their business: in order to demonstrate my ability to pay they asked me if I was able to make a deposit. I replied that I was able to do so, but that I would not. The phone was hug up immediately, without even asking me why not or making any attempt to convince me they were legitimate. Apparently the perosn on the other end quickly did his effort/gain estimates and decided not to waste time on me anymore and I think he was right in doing so. The phone call shouted 'scam' all the way. My advice: stay away from Loan-to-loans.
