On the 20th December 2014 at 12.42pm I received a confirmation email stating the successful purchase of an iPad mini. On the website http://brandsfever.com/ipad it stated that all successful purchases will be honored and details of collection will be emailed within the next few days.
A couple hours later, I received an email stating my order was cancelled and my amount will be refunded to be. With no reason what so ever for the cancellation.
The terms and conditions on their page was later ended a few days later in order to cover up their tracks of retracting their order confirmations.
I see this as false representation and retracting a legally binding contract which is the order summary and proof of payment received and the statement that successful buyers will be notified.
I sincerely hope you can sort this out and bring justice to the false pretenses brandsfever has made.

Dear customer,
Greetings from Brandsfever.
Firstly, we would like to apologise for the bad experience you had with the iPad mini campaign held in December 2013.
Secondly, the campaign had ended with highs and lows partly due to technical glitch, which resulted in customers were not able to complete the purchase and disappointed.
However, as much as we would love to have all the customers to purchase the iPad mini, we were unable to due to the limited quantity and overwhelming responses for the $1 iPad mini.
Lastly, we would like to thank for the support during this campaign, and you may view pictures of the customers who had managed to secure and collected their purchased.
