ATT Technical support referred me to MaxPcSupport after my laptop was infected with a worm. They connected me to the company that sounded as if the people were in India. They were very nice and polite and cleaned things up at the time. They sold me on a year contract for all the computers in my home and said that I could call them anytime and they would do a courtesy check. I called them back once and they checked it out and said it was good. Since then I have called the 800# repeatedly and can only access a strange message. I tried sending an email to the address they supplied on my contract but received a mailer demon failure notice. My computer is bogging down again and I am not sure what to do.
