Hi Sir,

I brought a pair of toms shoes for daughter, when I received the product, we found they are fake toms.
I requested for return the fake toms and asked for the return shipping address.

They are keep on forcing me to retain the stuff, after a week of email chain, now they are not responding to my emails.

How about this, if you want a full refund, you need to send the first item back to us. And we can only refund after we get the item from you.
My solution is that you keep your item, and you don’t need to send back to us, but we will refund 10% of the funds to you.
