The website mimics the USPS website for address change, using similar layout and colors. I did not pay close enough attention to the website address. I had to go to another page to see how much they charged my card. I sent an email and called when I checked my account and saw they had already charged me. I spoke to Gustavo on the phone and he said the company would void my charge as it had not gone through yet and that is would take less than 48-72 business hours to be reimbursed. He gave me a cancellation #
