The Aunt Is Not Lying, the Accusations Are True. I Have IRS Identity Theft Affidavit Papers In Front Of Me To Prove It. In 2008 My Friend Nick Came To ME Asking If I Needed A Tax Preparer and Ensured Me That Everything Was Cool & He Could Get Me Back More On My Refund.. "I Fell For It". In 2012, I Try To File Electronically and It Tells Me I Cannot Because 1040 Had Already Been Filed Using My SSN, Which CLEARLY Wasnt True. So I Went To the IRS Office To Fix the Situation.
A Year Later I Get Notification My Name Has Come Up In a Case In Florida Involving Nicholas Flowers, who is facing Federal Charges of Aggressive Identity Theft.

Im Still Working To Get What Is Mine; though I Do Have A Sense of Closure Jnowing that Justice was Served. But "Friends Though". I admit I was Young and Ignorant to Give Up My Information So Easily; There Is A Difference Between Wrong & Right.
