I purchased what I believed to be a free trial of lift Serum Pro and Lift Glo Pro at the beginning of December, with only p+p payable of €2.42 for each product. I understood this to be a FREE TRIAL - I did not realise that it was a subscription service - At no point on the website I clicked into did it specify these details - there were no terms and conditions visible and nowhere to tick a box to agree to any terms and conditions. Since discovering that they charged my credit card €206.66 on December 24th, I went back to the advert I clicked and can no longer go to the site. I have been in touch with my bank and they have blocked my credit card. I have tried to call the company to cancel any further transactions but have been unable to speak with any one. My bank has advised me to email the company and confirm in writing that I am cancelling any further transactions and then print and post a copy of this email to my bank so that they have a record of my order to cancel should any further transactions be attempted.
Please stay away from these fraudsters. Has anyone at Scambook been in touch with Dr. Oz or Ellen De Generes to let them know that they are being used to help commit fraud?
