On October 4, 2012, I placed an online order with Easy T Printer’s distributor American DFG Equipment Sales for an Easy T Deluxe Printer. I paid $6995.00 for the Easy T Deluxe Printer. There was a 6-8 weeks waiting period for the Easy T Deluxe Printer to be shipped from Easy T Printer manufacturing plant located in Tempe, AZ. I received the Easy T Deluxe Printer from Easy T Printer approximately 7 weeks after I placed my order with American DFG Equipment Sales.

Andy McDaniel, with Easy T Printer had a Trade-In Program which allowed customers to trade in their printer and receive 80% of the amount paid for their current printer toward an upgraded printer within the first year of purchase.

Due to my Easy T Deluxe Printer never was used; on September 27 Andy offered me an even trade-in for an upgraded Easy T XL Printer as long as I pay for the shipping cost. Andy also stated on September 27 “I must receive the old printer before the new printer is sent out”. I e-mailed Andy back and stated ok, that’s a good deal. I will have it shipped this weekend”.

On October 1, 2013, I shipped my Easy T Deluxe Printer and the accessories to Easy T Printer in Tempe, AZ. Andy confirm the Easy T Deluxe Printer was received on October 3. Once Easy T Printer received my Easy T Deluxe Printer, I was expecting Easy T Printer to ship me the new Easy T XL Printer within a few weeks.

On October 15, 2013, nearly two weeks after Easy T Printer received my Easy T Deluxe Printer, I e-mailed Andy to inquire about the status of the Easy T XL Printer that was to be shipped to me. It was only then in a response from Andy that I was first informed it would take up to 8 weeks to receive my Easy T XL Printer. However, on September 27 Andy only stated “I must receive the old printer before the new printer is sent out”. He never mentions it would take up to 8 weeks to receive my Easy T XL Printer until October 15, 2013. Prior to October 15, 2013, I was expecting Easy T Printer to ship me the new Easy T XL Printer within a few weeks.

On November 12, I notice the Easy T Printer website no longer listed the Easy T XL Printer as an item Easy T Printer sells. The Easy T XL Printer had been replaced with the Easy T Deluxe II Printer. As a customer of Easy T Printer, Easy T Printer did not inform me that the Easy T XL Printer was discontinued until I inquired about the matter on November 12. Andy stated in an e-mail he will substitute it for an Easy T Deluxe II Printer. After a few debates, I agreed on the Easy T Deluxe II Printer.

According to Easy T Printer website, the availability for an Easy T Deluxe II Printer is 3-4 weeks. At that time, I had already been waiting 6 weeks for my Easy T XL Printer. It has now been nearly 10 weeks and still Easy T Printer has not shipped me the Easy T Deluxe II Printer as a substitute.

Since October 14, I have made several attempts to resolve this matter by e-mailing and calling Easy T Printer requesting my Easy T Deluxe II Printer to ship. Andy, in an e-mails continue give me vague excuses and responses over and over. Many times he doesn’t respond at all. Despite me calling Easy T Printer on several occasions, I have not received a single return phone call from Easy T Printer.

As a result of the actions of Easy T Printer, I am at a loss of $7290.00. It is my belief that Andy McDaniel with Easy T Printer is deliberately keeping the Easy T Deluxe II Printer because I (alone with other customers of Easy T Printer) have posted opinions about his business practice at Easy T Printer on the T Shirt Forums website.

My experience with Easy T Printer to resolve this matter has been unsatisfactory due to deception, false statement, false pretense, false promise made by Andy McDaniel of Easy T Printer.

It’s now been nearly 16 weeks, and I still don’t have a printer.
