Text book -I too was scammed by certified solar the exact same story as David and Margret.
They lied to obtain the money- they failed to submit or get any approvals which was the main purpose of using them and as soon as they got the money they stopped all correspondence with me unless I called and then only lied to buy more time for them. They are the worst kind of people because they already have a scripted letter to tell the victims of their crimes its all are fault and they did nothing wrong and yet they have had my money for almost two years and I have nothing but regret and will not return it.

Update: 03/01/2014

More and more victims everyday and I can only imagine how many don't even know yet. The corrupt system let these criminals walk away with millions of stolen dollars.

  • Call the TD banks ombudsman and your banks ombudsman to resolve this. I called them and told them they have all the money and power to fix this and my bank will now put pressure on TD! The banks should refund all the stolen money and fix this.
