Ordered 1 pair of shoes, received acknowledgement and paypal receipt immediately, haven't heard anything since despite several emails requesting delivery/postal confirmation. Money hadn't been claimed from Paypal (they were not registered - just sent to a gmail account) so I cancelled payment with Paypal. Haven't received it back from Paypal yet but I have much more faith in them than an obscure email account that no one answers.
