I signed up to look at the items they had for auction, it asked for card details before being able to bid. I put in the details and it came up with a box reading " cannot bid without details". I thought my card hadn't worked, so I put my other card in and the same thing happened. So I decided it was all to hard and logged myself out.
The next thing I noticed was $112.99 missing from one account and $349.99 missing from the other.
I have sent them multiple emails without reply. I have also lodged complaints with both banks.
It is a disgrace that the people can just take money from an account without authorization.
