WHEN I CONTACTED TARGET THEY ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN RED CARD CUSTOMERS OR IF NOT RED CARD CUSTOMER I AM CONTACT MY BANK. I DON'T HAVE A BANK ATTACHED TO MY VISA CARD. HOW SHOULD I PROCEED? PLEASE TELL ME?
