I ordered UGG boots believing they were the originals in a sale.
When they arrived I was staggered by the quality. Clearly they are copies and not very good ones at that. The stitching is coming apart, the trims were missing and the material is very inferior. They were supposed to have removable inners and they are actually immovable.
I cannot find an address for them but I have sent them an e-mail which I expect will not be replied to. I believe that if you pay by eg. American Express they have a policy which states that they will refund the amount as long as you send the boots back and keep the proof of posting. The only snag there is that the postage may cost you a lot of money. I asked my credit card provider how people such as UGGAGO get away with it and they said that the wording exempts them from being branded Scammers!!!
