Ordered headphones- Beats by Dre. Finally received order but were counterfeit and does not work at all- no sound and certainly not Bose quality. They are refusing to refund my money. Now they want me yo return merchandise for a replacement
I don't believe they will make good on this because of responses in E-mail. I am trying to locate U.S.Customs office to make formal complaint.
