Back in August this year Bought a what was supposed to be an original discounted Prada sunglasses, thinking they were based in the US.
Paid 200$ for a pair that was worth 499.95$ back then.
Item received surprisingly fast, and to my surprise the sunglasses quality was not even close to to be classified as ok.
Since then I have sent them over 10 emails and have returned the package to them and haven't heard back from them since at least a month ago and all what I hear from them "we want 100% customer satisfaction" and the refund will be processed... I don't know what system they are using for refund BUT definitely if they are honest refund do not take 4 month to be completed.
