I bought a pair of uggs on above date 12/18/13 and it was purchased with a gift card. I did get a tracking number but when I tried to track package it does not work. I have tried everything no contact info is given nor customer service is this a scam please help resolved

I am still trying 1/2/2014 to access tracking and I am unable to see progress.
