I ordered a free sample of RVTL and Equinox samples from website, WWW.RVTL.com on December 6, 2013.
The two samples arrived at my home address.
I checked my bank statements on December 27, 2013 and noticed a pending charge for $99.00 US Currency from RVTL.com.
I contacted the website's customer service number (1-877-880-7726) inquiring about the charge. I was told by Brian that the website clearly states all company policies and he would not refund any monies.
The policies in which Brian is referring to are a box that must be checked in order to complete the process. Next to the box, is printed; I agree to the terms and conditions of this site.
No other information is provided to the person ordering the products.
From research I have found out that RVTL.com will charge your credit card again after fourteen days for products at a much enflated price.
Apparently, nothing can be done because the agreement of the terms and conditions of this site.
Can no one assist in stopping this illegal website from stealing?
