I received a call saying i was approved for a $5000 loan and all i needed was to sign the contract and send in my secure first 3 months payment of 491.00 which i did. I then received more excuses and reasons why my loan was not made and now the phone number is non existant.

Make sure to file a report with the FBI
at http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx
The more of us that file a report the better chance the FBI will actually try to nail these people.

It appears Waichman Group has had different names and was scamming people back in 2012 with the same type of tactics. At least through April of 2012 they were called Oxford Loans and Investments -
