International boundaries
I ordered free samples of lift and glo pro on 9/12/13 and received them a few days later. I was charged £1.99 for each sample for p&p.
As far as I was aware I had not signed up for a continuous supply.
2 days later a further £1.95 was taken twice from my account and 14 days after that a further £84.71 twice. I have not received any further goods.
It was very difficult to contact the company as no details were included with the original samples.
However, I have today contacted their customer support service and have been told by phone and email that my subscription has been cancelled. I have asked for a refund which I am waiting to hear about.
