I paid for postage of £3.04 for the cream, which has never arrived...
I then see a transaction on my account from them taking £73.50, I contact my bank who have had issues with this company before. A dispute has been raised. It seems the company advertise to pay postage, but do not highlight that the will then charge the full product price if you don't return the sample within 14 days, they also continue to take monthly deductions. The bank have assured me that they have raised a dispute and as the company will have no signature on delivery (as I didn't receive the goods), that they will have to refund the money. What I am worried about is although liability will be with them, will they actually pay it???? Has anyone got their money back yet?
