I joined Automated Paydays after flling for their fraudulent ad. I got suspicious and read some review/complaints and decided I would take advantage of their refund policy (also fraudulent), so far I have sent over 12 emails to then requesting a refund. These have been met with offers of "Free On-line website building tips", but no refund. Today my credit card was billed $67 USD that was NOT authorized by me, nor was it any part of the "onetime payment and no additional charges". I have contacted the Federal Trade Commission and the Attorney General's Office concerning false advertising, bank fraud & wire fraud. We will see what happens on that note. I have also sent emails to all of their advertisers, affiliates, and associated companies informing them of the fraud and the lawsuit I am bringing against Automated Paydays & Clicksure Ltd. and that they will be named as such in the lawsuit. I am also contacting as many newspapers & other media outlets as I can informing the of Automated Payday's business practices. In addition to that, the ad I responded to advertised for jobs working directly for Google, using their name and registered trademark. Google has informed me that it was unauthorized and since the fraud perpetrated by Ckicksure and Automated Paydays reflects poorly on Google, their legal department will pursue this as well. I don't think Clicksure has the funds to fight that battle.
