ONE PAYMENT RECEIVED AND THEN ADVISED"All CPS dividend payments are suspended pending an external audit in preparation for public listing. CPS-GOLD PAID & UNPAID OPTIONS will reside in VGMC and will be listed together with CPS-PLATINUM and CPS-SILVER".
FUTHER INFORMATION WAS"5th June – All shares and options holders are requested to go to London, United Kingdom to meet with the legal and corporate services’ representative of the proposed listed vehicle (Listco) and undergo a KYC (Know Your Client) procedure in accordance with international listing requirements. All CPS-GOLD PAID OPTIONS, CPS-GOLD UNPAID OPTIONS, CPS-SILVER and CPS-PLATINUM holders will have to undergo the same procedure and will be listed together through one single entity. KYC Period: 5th June – 31st December 2013
