I have been involved in an online business first attempting to work with a penny auction and then pay to click (PTC). Because of complications they have agreed to close down the business and refund all investors' money that has not been reinvested or cashed out. Unfortunately, I have tried to withdraw money from my account and I am having difficulty doing so. A technical error states that my payment processor has not been set up to my account. I have tried to contact the technical support through the contact form on the site at least two or three times but with no response. There have been a few messages posted on the site stating the shutdown of the business and refund of invested assets. However, it appears I may have only until the end of December 2013 to withdraw my funds. After that I may not be able to access them. Something is wrong. Any investigation would be appreciated.
