I purchased a Bodytrim product from this company in April 2103. They offered a one month free online support. I entered my weight in this period to this online support.Since then I have not contacted them. I have found out yesterday that they have been charging me A$29.90 a month because they said I had not cancelled this support. I did not sign up for ongoing support. I believe this is a scam to catch unwary people like myself. I would like your help in resolving this please
