I am receiving text messages that say my debit was returned by my bank and that I am in collections. My payment was deducted from my checking account but I am still receiving text messages from Rapital Capital that say my payment was returned. I called numerous times and I get this voice mail box is full and no one answers the phone. I have spent more time trying to contact these people at Rapital Capital to resolve this issue but cannot get anyone to help. I am very concerned over the fact that they say my account is in collections because I have very good credit. I may not of lost dollars but my time is money.

  • Did this ever get resolved? I am having the same issue! My loan was due on Dec. 20, I got a text message on Dec. 27 saying my bank wouldn`t pay them and they needed my debit card info, I then called and refused to give them my debit card info. I now received an email saying that my account is due Jan. 17 (which shouldn`t be the due date). I have tried to call and email with no luck.
