i ordered the "free" sample,just postage to pay . about 3 weeks later they took £98.37 from my account! rang them and was told i hadnt canceled within 15 days...how could i when i didnt know about it!! ive rang them three times now,in america and im in the uk! after many arguments they have agreed to refund HALF my money. i have only ever recieved the "free" product..of which the pump was broken and when i used it it turned my skin pink. thus company is a scam,there was no small print on their advert it was only when i went on to their website i realised!
