I received an offer from Pro Lash Mascara to buy their product for $1.00 plus S&H. I received the product about 10 days after I ordered their product. After a 3 or 4 days after I received this product, I felt it was not any better then mascara I have purchased at Walgreen's for about 10.00's. I called and canceled any future orders on AUG 30th 2011. When I was looking at my bank statement and there was a reocurring charge of 119. 53. When I contacted Pro Lash today. I was treated rudely, but on hold and transferred to 2 different reps, who told me because I had used the automated service to cancel this transaction instead of talking to a live person, that I was charged the 119.32 instead of the 1.00 plus shipping and handling. This is such a scam...really, I agreed to pay 119.32 for mascara!!!!!This is such a scam!! PLease Help!!!
