On December 11, 2013, I requested the advertised free trial sample order of Healthy Choice Garcinia Cambogia which was to be delivered for only the $4.95 cost of shipping. The product arrived and I was surprised to have received a larger quantity of product than I expected for such a low cost. But then last night as I was checking my credit balance, I was shocked to find that not only had my credit card been charged the agreed $4.95 for the original order, but eleven days later my credit card was charged an additional $148.00 by the manufacturer which was never disclosed to, discussed with, or in any way approved by me.
In addition to the fact that this product does not seem to have any beneficial properties that would support the manufacturer's claims to be an effective weight-loss supplement at the recommended dosage, I think that the company's business practices are reprehensible and very likely criminally fraudulent.
