I took out a car on finance with a company called moneybarn, I recently had trouble financially through my job with wage decrease and missed a few payments for my car, i wrang on several occasions and had numerous conversations with ''s o called customer service '' to say i was having difficulty. I recieved no help and was forced straight to a court hearing of which i could not get time of work as this would mean loosing my job, after trying on several attempts to contact to say i could not attend, my car was eventually reposed and now that say i owe them over £4000 pounds, i have paid over £5000 pounds which states in there contract i own over a third of payments. I am now out of pocket and no goods and they are asking for over £4000, this is daylight robbery and i want every inch of this thieving company exposed.
