They have took money out my account without any authorisation from my self ! i haven't had a loan from them I wish the full amount of money to be put back into my account and I will be contacting the fraud team it's disgusting! At this time of year esp I am a single mother and can't afford for this to happen I wish to be contacted ASAP and I want MY money back!
