I went to the University of Kentucky and inquired about the dining and catering services after a recommendation from the friend. Since I live the place, I decided to inquire personally and see their deals. I personally like their deals and went on in booking for our event. The event went well, but I happen to stumble about their site and saw that they are offering discount for early booking. I booked more than a month, but the staff didn’t inform me about this discount.
For me, the event has ended and my issue is not about the discount I should have received, it’s about the information provided by its staff, which lacked details and something other customers might benefit from.
