I have lost chips not due to loosing poker hands at a table. But on various occasions, i have had between 20 thousand and up removed from my chip count, for no explainable reason. And i was not refunded my loss of chips, no matter how many times i contacted Fresh Deck Poker's support team. I was always given some kind of excuse as to why i lost my chips. I have spent my hard earned money on purchasing chips from Fresh Deck Poker, so i could enjoy what i thought would be a LEGIT POKER SITE. And now, once again today, i sat at a table of Royal Holdem,the buy in was $200 thousand, but no one was there to play. So i hit the back to lobby menu and lo and behold, it took my $200 thousand in chips and did not return a single chip to me. And as i was searching for support team info, and this part is so pathetic. I came across downloads for people to get a hack tool and unlimited chips. Really? How can this poker site continue to operate in knowing this info and the numerous complaints filed against them? It's totally not fair to hard working individuals to be deceived in this manner. I know that purchasing a $49.99 chip package may not seem like a lot to some people. But when you purchase this package deal more than once like i have and then have your chips disappear without reasonable cause and not being refunded for your loss, well it's time for my voice to be heard. Enough is enough already, i'm fed up to my maximum level of patience. I don't know if i'll be refunded my loss of chips in USD or not? It will just be a waiting game from here on out, to see what the outcome of this issue shall be. By the way, the loss of $200 thousand chips occurred at approx 4:48 A.M. today, my time. My other mysterious disappearance's of chips happened on various times and dates. Sorry i don't recall the exact and precise information on those losses.Looking forward to and hoping to get this matter resolved in a fair and timely manner.
